- Make sure to have all of these before starting the process:
Kitchenware, Flour, Meat, Vegetable, Water, Flavoring
- Kitchenware: Rolling pole, Target, Slice, Galan
- Construction Methods:
Step 1: Skins 8 cups flour, About 2 cups cold water, 1 teaspoon salt;
Step 2: Meat 1 kilo ground meat, 2 tablespoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoon salt, 2 teaspoon black pepper,
1 teaspoon white pepper, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, some minced vegetables;
Step 3: Seasoning matter 1 teaspoon soy, 1 teaspoon vinegar , Moderate garlic spread;
Step 4: To making the dough and then folding the dough;
Step 5: To cook: Place a wok over high heat, fill it with water.
Add in the dumplings one by one until the water is boiling. Add in 1/4 table spoon of water when it boils. Repeat this twice again. Eat with the seasoning juice (like vinegar, sesame oil).
